Job Description - Sr. Operations Manager in Investors and JV tie ups. Candidate should have experience of working in firm in which day to day Operations happen in the field such as real estate/ construction/ broker firms.OR Candidate should have experience of working in SME (small to medium enterprise), funding consultancies/ broker firms in which he/she has hands on experience with dealing potential investors from Angel broking / Venture Capital/ HNI Clients. He/she should also have experience to hunt potential start-ups or SMEs from the market to actually provide them investors for funding opportunity. Arrange initial rounds of meeting with both party. Should have defined TAT (Turn Around Time). Should help both parties for final deal closure with good negotiation skill. Have worked in Advisor/ Broking investment companies for specially HNI/SME company investments (Funding required 5 Cr. 50 Cr.)Job Type: Full-time

Maintaining trading diaries and net positions on daily basis (at end of the day). Daily processing and confirmation of trades to clients. Responsible for ensuring all activities are in adherence as per Compliance & Risk. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required.Desired Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience required Persons with NISM VIII(Equity & derivatives) and NISM V(Mutual Funds) certifications are encouraged. Should have stock market knowledge . Should be well disciple and open to learn new concepts on trading and financial markets. Should be good with number crunching
