Job Description

• project execution responsibility –

o provide assistance to the execution team’s on-site and in-house.

o build relationship with the customers.

o visit client site to help installation, deployment and trouble shooting.

o responsible for user acceptance test sign-off.

• in this role, you have the opportunity to manage develop and execute activities related to end-to-end project management,

• project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.

• resolve issues over telephone, e-mail or through remote access software.

• maintaining support log and maintaining tickets status.

• sound knowledge on ip addressing schemes.

• proactively monitor, manage and report on execution of deliverables

• independently handle project estimation, planning, execution & customer interactions.

• quick learner and enthusiast in proposing solutions on latest technologies

• lead, motivate, and support a team with a positive attitude.

• configure electronic devices as per the training provided.
