Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning: Developing and managing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of orders.Process Optimization: Identifying bottlenecks in the manufacturing line and implementing improvements to increase Throughput.Resource Management: Supervising shop-floor staff, including operators and technicians, to ensure high productivity.Quality Assurance: Collaborating with the Quality Control (QC) team to monitor product specifications and reduce Rejection Rates.Equipment Maintenance: Coordinating with the Maintenance department for preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, or specialized assembly machines.Documentation: Maintaining Daily Production Reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and ISO/IATF documentation.
