Job Description: Software Trainer - CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint, illustrator.We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Software Trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions on popular graphic design and presentation software applications, including CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint. **Responsibilities: **- Design and develop training curriculum for CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants gain practical skills and insights.- Provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world examples to illustrate software capabilities and best practices.- Address participant questions, concerns, and challenges during training sessions, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.- Stay updated with the latest features and updates of CorelDRAW, InDesign, Photoshop, and PowerPoint to ensure training content remains current.- Evaluate participant performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.- Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and opportunities, tailoring sessions to address specific organizational goals.- Assist in the creation of training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and reference guides.- Provide post-training support to participants, addressing follow-up questions and offering additional guidance as needed.**Qualifications: **- Bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.- Previous experience as a software trainer or instructor is highly desirable.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
