Job Description: Part-Time Trainer for CorelDRAW, InDesign PowerPoint Presentations

We are seeking a passionate Trainer to train our team and provide comprehensive training in CorelDRAW, PowerPoint Presentations, and InDesign on your part time basis. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions that empower our team to master these essential design and presentation software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Modules:

Design, develop, and create training modules, training materials, and resources for CorelDRAW, PowerPoint Presentations, and InDesign that cater to different skill levels and learning styles.

2. Training Delivery:

Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.

Deliver hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world examples to reinforce learning.

Adapt training content to address specific learning needs and challenges of participants.

3. Technical Support:

Assist participants in troubleshooting technical issues related to CorelDRAW, PowerPoint, and InDesign.

Address queries and provide solutions to ensure smooth software usage.

4. Assessing Learner Progress:

Evaluate our team understanding and proficiency in CorelDRAW, PowerPoint Presentations, and InDesign through regular quizzes, assignments, and practical projects.

Conduct periodic assessments to measure skill development and identify areas that require further attention.

5. Remediation:

Provide constructive feedback to our team on their projects and assignments, highlighting strengths and suggesting areas for improvement.

6. Progress Tracking and Reporting:

Maintain records of participant progress and skill development over time.

Generate regular reports to demonstrate the impact of the training program and identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications and Skill

Proven experience and expertise in using CorelDRAW, PowerPoint Presentations, and InDesign for design project
