we are seeking a dynamic and experienced software trainer to deliver comprehensive training sessions on popular graphic design and presentation software applications, including coreldraw, indesign, photoshop, and powerpoint.

**responsibilities: **

- design and develop training curriculum for coreldraw, indesign, photoshop, and powerpoint tailored to different skill levels, from beginners to advanced users.

- conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring participants gain practical skills and insights.

- provide hands-on demonstrations, practical exercises, and real-world examples to illustrate software capabilities and best practices.

- address participant questions, concerns, and challenges during training sessions, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.

- stay updated with the latest features and updates of coreldraw, indesign, photoshop, and powerpoint to ensure training content remains current.

- evaluate participant performance and progress, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.

- collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and opportunities, tailoring sessions to address specific organizational goals.

- assist in the creation of training materials, including presentation slides, handouts, and reference guides.

- provide post-training support to participants, addressing follow-up questions and offering additional guidance as needed.

**qualifications: **

- bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, computer science, or a related field.

- proficiency in coreldraw, adobe indesign, adobe photoshop, and microsoft powerpoint.

- previous experience as a software trainer or instructor is highly desirable.

- excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
