Generate advance material requisitions for long lead materials. Review and submission of material submittals, methods of statement and to get relevant approvals from client. Project evaluation during different phases to monitor various changes from the original scope and to prepare change order accordingly. Direct supervision of all site activities in coordination with site team including work/material/inspection, progress and quality of work in line with projects specifications/standards. Raising of Monthly billing to maintain the positive cash flow throughout the project execution. Submission of weekly progress report and three weeks look ahead schedule to client. To attend weekly meeting to resolve all engineering design, quality and commercial conflict through effective regular coordination with consultant and client. To monitor and ensure the successful initial and final testing and commissioning of all equipment /systems within the scope of work as per contract
