Responsibilities include designing, developing, programming, and maintaining electrical systems and PLCs for industrial applications and automation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety codes. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide innovative solutions and work with technicians and engineers to ensure timely and accurate project completion.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.* Experience with electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD, E-Plan, SolidWorks Electrical).* Strong understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations (e.g., NEC, NFPA 70E).* Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text) and software (e.g., Machine Expert Schneider, RSLogix 5000, Siemens TIA Portal, Phoenix Contact).* Experience in designing, developing, debugging, and testing PLC programs for industrial control systems.* Knowledge of electrical and automation systems and electrical controls.* Familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus).* Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently or in a team.* HMI/SCADA systems experience is a plus.
