We are looking for 4 Maintenance Manager Posts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, Plastic Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, CNC, with deep knowledge in Plant Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Power Plant Project Management, Plastic Injection Molding, Sheet Metal, CNC and Required Educational Qualification is : Diploma, Professional Degree, B.Tech/B.E,

1. New vendor development, Process costing of parts,2. New parts development in Sheet Metal, Plastic/Rubber, Steel casting, Al Extrusion, Spot Welding, Projection Welding,Hot/Cold Forging, Gear Parts, Tubler Parts, Sleeve Extrusion, CNC/VMC/TMC Machining, Sintered, Troub Parts, SlidingHead, Al Casting, PP Fibre Non-woven Fabric, PSF Fibre Dope Dyed, Low melt, Fleeze Fabric, TP/CP Felt,Shoddy/cotton waste, PSF Fibre White3. Managing entire RFQ management along with feasibility commitment with potential suppliers4. Performing techno commercial activities like costing on the basis of ZBC then negotiation & finalisation withsuppliers5. Cost Estimation ZBC of Components like Sheet metal/ Plastic/Rubber/ PDC/Sintered/Iron Casting /Machining/6. Fasteners/ Springs etc.7. Following up with vendors for regular supply and vendor visits on weekly basis regarding supply criticality8. Executing dept. budget controlling and forecasting, budget making for existing and new upcoming projects.9. Costing & Price negotiation. Managing of quotations from multiple vendors.10. Creating & Managing technical sound vendor base with enough capacity to ensure smooth production with optimuminventory levels as decided by the company.11. To work and manage product development projects , cost down project , cost saving project VA/VE, yield improvement incomponents.12. Technical development of new plastic parts / sheet metal., PLASTIC Raw material for Plastic injection moulding.13. Monitoring raw materials price. & planning the right sourcing qty at right times to save cost.14. Nagotiation of raw material , settle down & supply agreements with suppliers.15. Achieve Annual / quarterly cost reduction targets effectively.16. To work out the price impact of BOM and control of inventory level as per the MSL fixed by the company.17. Continuous evaluation and up-gradation of the suppliers on cost , materials & delivery.

1) Drive plant wide Quality Initiatives.2) Establish & control quality budgets for investments, personnel, laboratories & measuring equipmentcontrol within the plant.3) Establish, maintain and improve the QM system, Quality awareness and practices.4) Establish Q education and training.5) Establish & maintain production quality planning processes for in-house manufactured products andsupplier released parts.6) Monitor Quality control with release and hold authority - includes the authority to conduct riskassessments, stop production and release / disposal decisions as required in consultation with applicablecustomers / internal stakeholders.7) Monitor & control scrap and rework reduction, work for continuous process stabilization at plant level.8) Monitor plant related Q- audits and Q- metrics reporting.9) Monitor Supplier Quality performance and initiating necessary actions within teams.10) Facilitate the safe launch of transfer and localization projects within the plant.11) Monitor the handling of concern management for Q topics. Lead for every escalated topic withcustomers ensuring the liaison and alignment within Sun/Air-Vision or Noida colleagues. Support the rootcause analysis, facilitate measures and ensure plant wide implementation.12) Monitoring of Customer Performance metrics and initiating necessary actions in coordination withcross functional teams.13)Represent Quality Management on site the Q face to customersDesired Candidate Profile Education: Bachelor of engineering/Diploma Experience: Should have 15-25 years of experience in Quality Management role preferably in Homeappliances electronics component manufacturing with experience in areas of Production Quality,Supplier Quality Assurance, Customer Support, Quality Management Systems, Lab Management&Measurement Technologies.
