- Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and program wire cutting processes: Design and develop programs to efficiently cut materials using wire cutting machines based on specifications provided.

2. Set up and operate wire cutting machines: Calibrate and set up wire cutting machines based on program instructions to ensure accurate cutting of materials.

3. Troubleshoot and maintain machines: Identify and resolve issues with wire cutting machines to ensure smooth operation and minimal downtime.

4. Ensure quality control: Implement quality control measures to inspect and verify the accuracy of cuts made by the machines.

5. Maintain documentation: Keep detailed records of programs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for future reference.
