Managing entire RFQ management along with feasibility commitment with potential suppliers4. Performing techno commercial activities like costing on the basis of ZBC then negotiation & finalisation withsuppliers5. Cost Estimation ZBC of Components like Sheet metal/ Plastic/Rubber/ PDC/Sintered/Iron Casting /Machining/6. Fasteners/ Springs etc.7. Following up with vendors for regular supply and vendor visits on weekly basis regarding supply criticality8. Executing dept. budget controlling and forecasting, budget making for existing and new upcoming projects.9. Costing & Price negotiation. Managing of quotations from multiple vendors.10. Creating & Managing technical sound vendor base with enough capacity to ensure smooth production with optimuminventory levels as decided by the company.11. To work and manage product development projects , cost down project , cost saving project VA/VE, yield improvement incomponents.12. Technical development of new plastic parts / sheet metal., PLASTIC Raw material for Plastic injection moulding.13. Monitoring raw materials price. & planning the right sourcing qty at right times to save cost.14. Nagotiation of raw material , settle down & supply agreements with suppliers.15. Achieve Annual / quarterly cost reduction targets effectively.16. To work out the price impact of BOM and control of inventory level as per the MSL fixed by the company.17. Continuous evaluation and up-gradation of the suppliers on cost , materials & delivery.
