Job Title : Field OperatorDepartment : ProductionExperience Required: 3 to 7 YearJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Please mention in below table)1 Responsible for achieving daily and monthly targets of production without compromising quality standards.2 Monitoring of Process to control parameters in operations and report same time to time to Superiors.3 Maintain cleaning of each section and ensure good housekeeping with coordination with the housekeeper.4 Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the production plant as per company EHS policy.5 Effective sampling and careful handling of chemicals with appropriate utilization of PPEs.6 Achieving targets with defined process and coordination with utility operators.7 Maintaining of shift reports and documents without any deviations (Report all the deviations)8 Provide support for the production and maintenance activities to ensure the highest level of output.9 Must have good knowledge of the Permit to work system and chemical hazards.10 Must have a strong troubleshooting skill & to believe in teamwork. An MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) operator manages, monitors, and maintains systems that concentrate liquids and recover solvents, primarily used in industrial wastewater treatment and desalination. They ensure the machinery operates within safety and environmental guidelines (CPCB/GPCB), troubleshoot equipment, and often work with RO or ETP systems

Key Responsibilities:1. Operate and monitor multiple effect evaporator (MEE) systems: Responsible for operating MEE equipment to concentrate liquid waste streams efficiently and safely.2. Ensure equipment maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on MEE systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.3. Monitor process parameters: Keep a close eye on key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure optimal performance of the MEE systems.4. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.5. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of operating parameters, maintenance activities, and any incidents that occur during operation.Skills and Expectations:1. Diploma in a relevant field: Must have a diploma in a related field such as chemical engineering or process technology.2. 1-3 years of experience: Ideally, should have 1-3 years of experience operating MEE systems in an industrial setting.3. Strong technical skills: Ability to understand and operate complex machinery and equipment effectively.4. Attention to detail: Must pay close attention to detail to ensure the proper functioning of the MEE systems.5. Team player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational goals.
