Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate and monitor multiple effect evaporator (MEE) systems: Responsible for operating MEE equipment to concentrate liquid waste streams efficiently and safely.
2. Ensure equipment maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on MEE systems and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operation.
3. Monitor process parameters: Keep a close eye on key process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure optimal performance of the MEE systems.
4. Follow safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
5. Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of operating parameters, maintenance activities, and any incidents that occur during operation.
Skills and Expectations:
1. Diploma in a relevant field: Must have a diploma in a related field such as chemical engineering or process technology.
2. 1-3 years of experience: Ideally, should have 1-3 years of experience operating MEE systems in an industrial setting.
3. Strong technical skills: Ability to understand and operate complex machinery and equipment effectively.
4. Attention to detail: Must pay close attention to detail to ensure the proper functioning of the MEE systems.
