We are looking for a Picker to join our team in Indore, India. This role involves accurately selecting items from inventory to fulfill customer orders, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:- **Order Selection**: You will pick items from the warehouse based on customer orders, ensuring that the correct products are chosen and prepared for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid errors.- **Inventory Management**: Maintain organization in the storage area by properly placing items back after picking, helping to keep the inventory system efficient and up to date.- **Quality Check**: Conduct quality checks of the items before packing to ensure they meet company standards and are free from damage.- **Packing**: Assist in packing the picked items securely to prevent damage during shipping. You will also label packages accurately to ensure proper delivery.- **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines while working in the warehouse to maintain a safe working environment for you and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role and possess an I.T.I. qualification.
