Promote and detail the companys pharmaceutical or healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.Cover the assigned territory and plan regular visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies to promote product awareness.Meet or exceed sales targets assigned by the company within the designated territory.Monitor product sales performance and report progress regularly to the manager.Educate healthcare professionals on the appropriate use of products and answer technical queries related to the product.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, product orders, and client interactions.Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Review and execute physicians prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legalityOrganize the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and fasterMaintain full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products and monitor their condition to prevent expiring or deteriorationListen carefully to customers to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and adviceProvide assistance other medical services such as injections, blood pressure/ temperature measurements etc.Prepare medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each individual patientKeep records of patient history and of all activities regarding heavy medicationKeep abreast of advancements in medicine by attending conferences and seminars and collaborating with other healthcare professionalsComply with all applicable legal rules, regulations and procedures

Job Description:Preparation of annual production budget to meet the Corporate Business Plan.Deciding on monthly production plan by allocating the resources optimally.Monitoring production on daily basis and take action to correct the deviations if any.Monitoring the utility efficiency on a regular basis and control excess consumption.Guide production, maintenance, stores and admin teams in their respective functions.Ensure that adequate resources are provided for efficient running of the plant.Review the plant status every week and send report to Management.Ensure Safety, Health and hygiene is sustained in the plant by monitoring and taking action on the audit reports.Interface with the statutory bodies and ensure statutory compliance.Inputs to project and plant personnel and ensure successful completion of new and improvement projects.Manage good industrial relations.To monitor performance of the personnel and to conduct effective PerformanceAppraisal every three months.Assist Marketing Dept. on new initiatives on the product development.To initiate training for personnel as per training needs.
