Required Candidate profileCandidate should be able to manage the accounting independentlyGood knowledge of Tally software and accountingHave good communication skillsResponsibilities:Financial data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.Maintaining accounting records, making copies, filing documents, etc.Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz TDS, GST etc.Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, GST Returns, Profession tax return, GST input reconciliation.Well versed with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).Ledger Scrutiny & Vendor reconciliation.Knowledge filing and payment of Monthly PF and ESI.
