MAURYAIP is on the lookout for passionate and talented individuals to join our dynamic team!Are you ready to take the next step in your career?Sr. Patent Analyst/ Assistance Manager (AM) / Manager (ECE / Mechanical /Information Technology Domain)Candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth patent searches Invalidity, FTO Search, Patent Landscape Search, Patent Infringement, preparing Claim Charts, and supporting patent monetization strategies, including valuation, licensing, and litigation support. The role requires expertise in patent analytics, technical evaluation, and IP-driven business strategies to maximize the commercial potential of patents.

1- Conducting patent search projects to the expected qualities and on a timely manner;2- Using technical background and experiences to understand invention or patent disclosures;3- Conduct patent and non-patent literature searches for generating technology landscapes, patentability, prior-art, freedom to operate, validity/invalidity and infringement reports; Analyzing patent and non-patent literature for the above purposes;4- Analyzing patent claims and description for claims mapping, portfolio analysis, patent categorization, etc.;5- Preparing robust search strategies to search and identify relevant patent and scientific literature in a given technology domain;6- Prepare research reports to be shared with scientists / attorneys / technical personnel of the client organization.

Dear Candidate,Work Profile- AssociateWork Location: Gurgaon Professional Experience: 1-2 years Educational Background: B.Tech (Polymer), M.Tech Polymer would be preferred Exposure and experience in Patent searching, analytics, patent prosecution, drafting,knowledge about Indian, US, Europe law etc.; Registered Patent Agents will be preferred. Compensation As per industry standards and based on prior experience.Key Skills required: Confident; sound written and oral communication skills; good subject knowledge,analyticalskills, interest to work on inventions and new technologies.Shortlisted candidates will have written test (technical & aptitude) followed by personalinterview (online/offline).
