This role involves simplifying complex Chemistry concepts and providing personalized guidance to students in a center-based teaching environment.Key Responsibilities:* Develop lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the requirements of different educational boards.* Conduct engaging and interactive classes that encourage students to develop a strong understanding of fundamental and advanced Chemistry concepts.* Provide individual attention to students based on their learning needs.* Create a positive and supportive learning environment that motivates students to excel.* Teach Chemistry to students from Grades 6 to 12, ensuring board-specific curriculum coverage.* Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams, and regular assessments.* Communicate with parents or guardians about student performance when required.Qualifications and Skills:* Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred).* Prior experience in teaching Chemistry to Grades 6-12 students for State, CBSE, ICSE, or other boards is an advantage.* Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of diverse Chemistry curricula.* Strong teaching and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.* Patience, adaptability, and the ability to connect with students of different proficiency levels.* Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.* Additional Preference: NEET and JEE Experienced Faculties as First PreferenceWork Details:Locations: Nungambakkam.Timing: 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday).Send your updated resume to smartedmaha@yahoo.com
