Perform routine health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Manage user roles, permissions, and database security policies.Operational Support Provide L2/L3 support for database-related incidents and service requests. Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and optimization. Prepare database performance reports, audit summaries, and RCA for major issues.
