ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of our core products while guiding a team of 10+ engineers. This is a deeply technical role - you'll spend approximately 70% of your time writing code, reviewing pull requests, and solving complex engineering problems, while also setting technical direction and mentoring the team.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the architecture, design, and implementation of major features and systems end-to-end. Write high-quality, production-grade code daily across the stack (primarily Java and Golang on the backend, with frontend development as needed).
