The core objective is to build a high-quality, revenue-generating Expert ecosystem by combining recruitment rigor, data-driven performance management, and growth tactics.Key Responsibilities1. Expert Recruitment & OnboardingIdentify, source, and recruit high-potential Experts aligned with platform quality and revenue benchmarksDesign and continuously improve Expert qualification and screening frameworksOwn the onboarding process to ensure Experts are fully activated, compliant, and platform-readySet clear expectations on earnings potential, performance metrics, and platform rules2. Expert Activation & Early-Stage SuccessEnsure newly onboarded Experts achieve first revenue milestones within defined timelinesTrack early performance indicators such as availability, engagement, response rates, and conversionIntervene proactively to prevent early churn or low activation3. Expert Growth & Revenue OptimizationAnalyze Expert-level data to identify growth opportunities and performance gapsRecommend and implement levers such as pricing, availability, promotions, visibility, and offer participationWork closely with Experts to improve utilization, repeat usage, and average revenue per ExpertDrive consistency in Expert availability and service quality to maximize marketplace demand capture4. Performance Management & RetentionMonitor Expert KPIs including revenue, active hours, utilization, repeat customers, and drop-offsDeliver structured, data-backed feedback and action plans to ExpertsDesign retention mechanisms to reduce Expert churn and increase long-term value5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve Expert performance outcomesProvide Expert-side insights to influence product features, offers, and marketplace policiesSupport campaign planning by aligning Expert supply readiness with demand initiatives6.
