Internal & Client Automation Development Design and build scalable automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, etc. Automate repetitive internal tasks to boost team productivity (eg. task assignment, lead scoring, reporting). Translate client problems into clean automation solutions, ensuring real-world impact.2. System Architecture & Process Mapping Create clear workflow diagrams and SOPs for all automation pipelines. Work closely with founders, ops, and content teams to understand and streamline business processes. 3. Tool Integration & Testing Connect APIs and tools to enable seamless data flow across platforms. Rigorously test automations for performance, scalability, and failure handling. 4. AI & No-Code Implementation Implement ChatGPT API, Google AI, and other tools into automations to reduce human effort. Use tools like Bardeen, Webhooks, and Apps Script to push the boundaries of what's possible without traditional coding. 5. Documentation & Handover Maintain documentation for all automation flows.
