Yanisa Execution is a fast-growing tech enabled company blending SaaS, AI, and no code automation to help modern startups scale with execution first strategies. We’re building internal automations, client workflows, and content systems that run 24/7 without code. We’re looking for a sharp Automation Expert who can think like a product manager, work like an engineer (without code), and build like a growth hacker.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Internal & Client Automation Development

● Design and build scalable automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, etc. Automate repetitive internal tasks to boost team productivity (eg. task assignment, lead scoring, reporting).

● Translate client problems into clean automation solutions, ensuring real-world impact.

2. System Architecture & Process Mapping

● Create clear workflow diagrams and SOPs for all automation pipelines. Work closely with founders, ops, and content teams to understand and streamline business processes.

3. Tool Integration & Testing

● Connect APIs and tools to enable seamless data flow across platforms. Rigorously test automations for performance, scalability, and failure handling.

4. AI & No-Code Implementation

● Implement ChatGPT API, Google AI, and other tools into automations to reduce human effort. Use tools like Bardeen, Webhooks, and Apps Script to push the boundaries of what's possible without traditional coding.

5. Documentation & Handover

● Maintain documentation for all automation flows. Ensure others in the team can understand, use, and iterate on what you build.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Automation Efficiency Save X hours per week through internal process automation ● Error Rate Maintain <1% automation failure rate across live workflows ● Task Reduction Eliminate at least 5 manual tasks per department every month ● Integration Success Build and launch at least 3 fully integrated systems per quarter

● Impact Reporting Document business impact of every deployed automation

Qualifications & Skills

● 1-3 years experience in automation, operations, or no-code platforms

● Hands-on with Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack, and APIs ● Strong understanding of business workflows and SaaS tools

● Bonus: Knowledge of GPT automation (ChatGPT API, AI prompts, AutoGPT, etc.) ● Excellent documentation and communication skills

● Self-driven, obsessed with efficiency, and a quick learner
