Key Responsibilities:1. Cleaning & HousekeepingClean and maintain office areas, including workstations, floors, restrooms, pantry, and meeting rooms.Dust and wipe furniture, computers, and glass surfaces daily.Dispose of waste properly and ensure dustbins are cleaned regularly.Maintain cleanliness of entrance areas and corridors at all times.2. Office SupportServe tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors as required.Assist in arranging meeting rooms, documents, and other office materials.Handle outdoor duties such as collecting or delivering documents within nearby offices if assigned.Support in handling courier and dispatch work when needed.3. Maintenance & SuppliesEnsure availability of cleaning materials, toiletries, and pantry items.Inform Admin/HR in advance about low stock of cleaning or pantry supplies.Assist in setting up small office events or celebrations (e.g., meetings, festivals).4. Safety & DisciplineFollow safety and hygiene standards while using cleaning materials.Maintain discipline, punctuality, and presentable appearance at all times.Report any repair, maintenance, or cleanliness issue to the Admin department.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Basic education (10th pass or equivalent).Experience: 13 years in office housekeeping or support staff role (preferred).Skills Required:Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and materials.Good attitude, honesty, and willingness to work responsibly.Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality.Team spirit and polite behavior toward employees and guests.Job Type: Full-time
