We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Helper to support daily office operations and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will assist office staff, handle minor administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.Maintain cleanliness and order in the office premises (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, etc.)Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical work as needed.Assist in receiving, dispatching, and delivering documents or parcels.Support staff with basic administrative tasks and errands.Keep inventory of pantry and cleaning supplies; report shortages to management.Ensure proper handling of office equipment and furniture.Help set up meeting rooms and arrange chairs, tables, and materials.
