This position requires excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or a South Indian language. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls and non-voice queries (emails/chats) professionally and efficiently.Provide timely and accurate support, address customer concerns, and ensure satisfaction.Communicate fluently in English and Hindi or a South Indian language to cater to a diverse customer base.Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.Adhere to company policies, attendance, and quality standards while working in rotational shifts.Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Graduate in any discipline.Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer support (voice, email, counselling, or similar roles).Skills: Strong customer support skills, both verbal (voice) and written (email/chat/counselling).Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi or a South Indian language.Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day rotational off.
