Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Network Traffic: Regularly check network activity to identify any unauthorized access or anomalies that may signal security threats.- Security Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly, analyzing and resolving issues to minimize damage and prevent future occurrences.- Firewall Management: Configure and manage firewalls to ensure they protect the network while allowing legitimate traffic through without disruption.- Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks to patch or secure potential risks.- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of security incidents, policies, and procedures, and create reports to inform management of security status.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in network security. A strong understanding of network protocols and security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, is essential. Certified professionals (e.g., CCNA, CEH) are preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively report incidents and collaborate with team members. You will be part of IT support team that is responsible for installation and maintenance of security and network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. Person should able to work with Firewalls, app delivery (ADC/WAF/LB), DLP and end point security solutions. Experienced on Installation, implementation and managing a firewall and network Set key goals and major objectives. experienced on implementation / configuration / troubleshooting of Checkpoint, Juniper, FortiGate, Sophos, SonicWall or Palo Alto Firewall. Responsible for technical documentation (project planning, Preparing POA & project reports) of customer network and updating internal knowledge database. Responsible for the POCs of related security and network products. Closing client issues in time and maintain SLA level. Understand technical issues associated with the project target Troubleshoot highly complex customer network issues (LAN & WAN) and provide corrective actions to restore the customer services. Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex networking related issues in coordination with OEMs and TAC. Good Knowledge/Hands-on experience on troubleshooting of Routing & Switching Protocol, Network Monitoring and remote management tools. Knowledge in MPLS and VPN networks. Designing, updating the WAN & LAN diagrams & documenting the Network details. Creation of MOP/SOP and responsible for change management.
