The candidate should be overseeing regulatory compliances and related documentations according to FSSAI standards. He or she should be responsible in handling quality certifications & compliances, audits & trainings. He or she should be responsible for sample management , checking, recording and quality check of finished products. He or she should be able to generate chemical and physical reports of RM, PM, FG and should maintain records regarding the same. He or she should be able to maintain pouch bursting records. He or she should be responsible in ensuring that all raw materials are accepted as per specifications. He or she should be responsible for maintaining records of daily hygiene checklists of laboratory and the manufacturing unit. The candidate shall be stationed at Khordha (Odisha) at our manufacturing unit.Required Qualification: Graduation or Post- Graduation in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Food Technology and Nutrition.Required Experience: 1- 5 years.Annual C.T.C: Negotiable.We at Malla Foods & Spices Pvt. Sample collection.Perform test on patient samples as per standard operating procedures.Verify the test results & test reports before putting for finalization by authorized signatory.Operate instrument and technique they are trained & authorized for as per instruction & standard operating procedures.Enter the test result in the lab information system (LIS).
