The candidate should be overseeing regulatory compliances and related documentations according to FSSAI standards.

He or she should be responsible in handling quality certifications & compliances, audits & trainings.

He or she should be responsible for sample management , checking, recording and quality check of finished products.

He or she should be able to generate chemical and physical reports of RM, PM, FG and should maintain records regarding the same.

He or she should be able to maintain pouch bursting records.

He or she should be responsible in ensuring that all raw materials are accepted as per specifications.

He or she should be responsible for maintaining records of daily hygiene checklists of laboratory and the manufacturing unit.

The candidate shall be stationed at Khordha (Odisha) at our manufacturing unit.

Required Qualification: Graduation or Post- Graduation in Microbiology or Biotechnology or Food Technology and Nutrition.

Required Experience: 1- 5 years.

Annual : Negotiable.
