We are seeking a Mid-Level PHE & FF Design Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in the relevant field. The role involves leading the design team and draughtsman, coordinating various projects, and ensuring effective design documentation and execution.Qualifications and SkillsMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) experience (Mandatory skill)Plumbing Designer experience (Mandatory skill)Ability to lead the design team and draughtsman to prepare drawings and design documents (Mandatory skill)Experience in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) & Design Basis Report (DBR) for tender projectsProficiency in structural calculations and analysis for plumbing and fire protection systemsStrong understanding of local and international plumbing and fire protection codes and standardsExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team membersProficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalentRoles and ResponsibilitiesLead the design team and draughtsman in creating comprehensive design documentsPrepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Design Basis Reports (DBR) for tender projectsConduct structural calculations for plumbing and fire protection systemsEnsure adherence to local and international codes and standards in all design activitiesCoordinate with clients and other stakeholders to understand and fulfill project requirementsReview and verify design documents for accuracy and completenessProvide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and draughtsmanCollaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated and comprehensive design solutions
