Safety Compliance:Ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures. Collaboration:Working with other departments, such as operations and production, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions. Supervision and Training:May be involved in supervising and training junior maintenance staff. Cost Management:Contributing to the maintenance budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Continuous Improvement:Evaluating new technologies and suggesting improvements to equipment reliability and performance.
