key responsibilities:

conduct training in cad, cam, cae, product design, analysis, vehicle & ev design, tool & die design.

teach industry-standard software: creo, catia, solidworks, nx, ansys, hypermesh, autocad, etc.

support curriculum development and create industry-relevant modules.

deliver hands-on workshops, practical sessions, and project-based learning.

assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.

share industry insights and guide participants in career development.

qualifications:

strong proficiency in mechanical design tools and software.

good communication and presentation skills.

prior training/teaching experience is a plus.
