Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Plant Head to lead and manage the entire manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee production, operations, quality, and team management to ensure smooth and efficient plant performance.Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety. Ensure timely achievement of production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Develop and implement process improvements, operational strategies, and cost optimization measures. Supervise and mentor department heads and plant staff to ensure efficient performance. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and management for smooth operations. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and provide insights for strategic decisions.Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant operations. Proven leadership and team management experience. Ability to manage large teams and multiple departments. Experience in production planning, cost control, and process optimization. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Hands-on approach and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives

-Efficient production material planning and Vendor/Job Worker coordination- Production Planning and Control (Planning to Dispatch)- Expertise in all type of Material and Procurement planning- End to end coordination with Foundry/Machining vendors- Technically sound in out sourcing process.- Daily Manpower Planning and Management- Vendor development and in-line coordination- Maintain Inventory- Routine store operations- Good in MS tool especially in Excel
