Candidates must regularly inspect finished products, maintain accuracy, and make minor adjustments to machines when required. Adhering to safety guidelines, maintaining cleanliness of the work area, and coordinating with the production team are essential parts of the job. Applicants should have basic knowledge of CNC operations, machine tools, and measuring instruments, along with the ability to read blueprints. Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer / Project Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, ensuring technical accuracy, and supporting project delivery within quality, cost, and time targets. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate resources, monitor progress, and resolve on-site challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.Ensure all work complies with design specifications, drawings, codes, and safety regulations.Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.Manage manpower, materials, and equipment allocation on site.Inspect and review project deliverables for quality assurance and control.Support the preparation of BOQs, material requisitions, and cost estimates.Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.Maintain daily site reports, progress documentation, and records of variations.Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on site.Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.Provide technical input during design, procurement, and execution stages.Report to the Project Manager on project status, risks, and resource needs.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelors degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.Proven experience as a Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or in a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and site supervision.Proficiency in engineering/design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, etc.).Familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project).Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations.Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)Experience in large-scale infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).ERP/project management software experience (SAP, Oracle).Green building/sustainability practices.Multilingual communication skills.

Major Roles & ResponsibilitiesOversee Packaging OperationsSupervise daily food packaging activities to ensure efficiency and quality.Monitor machine operations, packaging lines, and staff performance.Ensure Food Safety and HygieneImplement and enforce food safety standards (e.g. FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000).Ensure sanitary conditions in packaging areas and equipment.Select and Manage Packaging MaterialsChoose appropriate materials (plastic, paper, foil, etc.) based on product needs.Ensure materials meet regulatory and environmental standards.Quality ControlConduct regular checks to maintain packaging consistency, sealing, labeling, and product integrity.Investigate and resolve quality issues or non-conformities.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure all packaging meets legal labeling requirements (nutritional info, batch no., expiry date, etc.).Stay updated with government and international packaging regulations.Coordinate with Production and Supply ChainCollaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely packaging and dispatch.Plan and maintain packaging inventory levels.Optimize Packaging for Shelf Life and CostDesign or suggest packaging methods that extend product shelf life while being cost-effective.Implement sustainable or eco-friendly packaging solutions.Maintain Documentation and ReportsRecord batch packaging details, inspections, and incidents.Prepare reports on packaging efficiency, wastage, and material usage.Train and Supervise StaffTrain packaging staff on SOPs, safety, and hygiene protocols.Ensure team adherence to company policies and standards.Troubleshoot Equipment IssuesIdentify and resolve packaging machine issues.Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely repairs and servicing.
