Hiring For 10th Pass Freshers - CNC Operator

We are looking for a CNC Operator to join our team in Naroda, Ahmedabad. This role is suitable for individuals with little to no experience but a strong willingness to learn. As a CNC Operator, you will work full-time in an office environment, operating computer numerical control machinery to create precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate CNC machines, following specific instructions to produce parts accurately.

- **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process to ensure that the finished products meet quality standards and specifications. This includes inspecting parts and making measurements.

- **Preventive Maintenance**: Perform regular checks and basic maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition, ensuring safety and efficiency.

- **Following Blueprints**: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand the specifications for each part to be produced.

- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other operators and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum education of 10th grade and a keen interest in technology and machinery. Being detail-oriented and having good hand-eye coordination is important for precision work. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team will be essential for collaborating with others. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in CNC operation is also highly valued.
