About the Role

We are looking for a production executive to support and manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes, optimum manpower utilization, timely production, quality compliance, and effective resource management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production planning, shop-floor management, manpower coordination, material management, production documentation, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities 1. Production Planning & Execution

Plan and execute daily production activities based on production requirements and schedules.

Coordinate with the production manager to achieve planned production volumes within the defined timelines.

Monitor production activities throughout the shift and ensure smooth workflow.

Allocate manpower and resources effectively based on production requirements.

Ensure production is carried out according to approved processes, SOPs, and work instructions.

Monitor production output and immediately report major deviations or delays to the reporting manage
