The role involves working closely with Pro-Manage clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data management, performance tracking, and efficient execution of marketing operations. Responsibilities: Assist in onboarding clients by confirming details, ensuring listings are correctly configured, and maintaining data accuracy across platforms. Manage and maintain key operational and marketing data across Excel and other reporting tools. Generate reports and dashboards for performance tracking and insights. Support digital marketing initiatives with a focus on Google My Business (GMB) listing optimization and updates. Collaborate with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to align MIS reports with business goals. Monitor and validate data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across systems. Support management with data visualization and performance summaries using Excel, PPT and Power BI. Communicate with clients via email, phone, or WhatsApp to gather inputs for marketing operations.
