Communication & Documentation:o Arrange and attend meetings with buyers.o Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers. Order & Production Coordination:o Understand buyer requirements, specifications, and compliance needs.o Coordinate with suppliers for trims, fabrics, and accessories.o Ensure smooth order execution from sampling to bulk production. Follow-up & Execution:o Regular follow-ups with production teams to ensure timely deliveries.o Monitor and track order progress, addressing any delays or quality concerns.o Ensure proper documentation and shipment coordination.
