The role involves extensive client interaction, legal documentation, and operational oversight. Key Responsibilities:- Drive franchise sales and onboard new franchise partners across India. - Present the franchise model and conduct multiple meetings to close deals. - Handle end-to-end legal documentation and ensure timely agreement signings. - Manage complete setup of franchise stores, ensuring seamless execution. - Build strong relationships with franchise partners and guide them on ROI and break-even strategies. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align franchise sales efforts with promotional activities. - Provide regular progress reports to the Chief Executive Officer. - Travel frequently to meet clients, conduct site visits, and oversee franchise operations. Qualifications & Skills:- Proven experience in franchise sales or a similar role. - Strong understanding of franchise models, ROI, and break-even analysis. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proficiency in handling legal documentation and agreements. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets. - Willingness to travel extensively. - Strong organizational and project management abilities.
