Proofreading & Formatting AccuracyError Checking: Review drafted texts meticulously to eliminate spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, or numerical discrepancies in case numbers, dates, and financial figures.Legal Citations: Ensure legal citations, case law references, and statutes are typed exactly as cited by the legal team.Template Standardization: Maintain and apply standardized company or firm templates for corporate correspondence and legal filings.3. File Management & ArchivingDigital & Physical Filing: Organize, index, and maintain digital case folders on cloud drives or server systems alongside physical case files.Cause List Tracking: Assist in typing up weekly or daily case summaries, cause lists (court schedules), and client appointment logs.Notary & Stamp Paper Coordination: Print final drafts onto stamp papers, legal green sheets, or ledger papers ensuring zero alignment overlapping.Performance Indicators (KPIs)Typing Speed & Accuracy: Maintaining a net typing speed of 40 to 50+ words per minute (WPM) with an accuracy rate of 98% or higher.Turnaround Time: Delivering typed urgent briefs or court applications within tight layout deadlines.Zero-Defect Documentation: Minimizing re-prints caused by formatting or typographical errors.
