Supervise and manage production teams to ensure smooth daily operations in the garment manufacturing process.Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.Ensure all garments meet quality standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.Train, coach, and evaluate team members to improve performance and productivity.Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues and optimize production processes.Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and ensure production lines are adequately stocked.Prepare and maintain production reports, including performance metrics and issues.

Key Responsibilities1. Supervise FRP Production: Oversee the fabrication, installation, and repair of FRP components and structures, ensuring quality and safety standards.2.
