As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high-quality standards in our manufacturing operations. Your role will involve working on the shop floor and collaborating with various teams to enhance productivity.Key Responsibilities:- Process Optimization: Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for increased efficiency and productivity.- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and conduct tests to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to production staff and troubleshoot any machinery or equipment issues.- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze production data to report on performance metrics and suggest actionable insights.- Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure product designs are manufacturable and meet production capabilities.- Training: Conduct training sessions for new employees on production processes and safety protocols.Required Skills and Expectations:You should have a Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.E.) with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. You must be proficient in production management software and tools. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate with various teams. A keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards are also crucial. Since this role is full-time and office-based, being present on-site at our Mayapuri location is required.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have 2D or 3D drawing reading capabilities Determines labor needs to meet production goals Plans and organizes daily activities related to productions & Technical operations Solve challenging technical problems and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions. Supervise and coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure timely completion ofproduction targets. Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols duringfabrication and assembly processes. Coordinate with the design and planning team for drawing clarifications andmodifications. Maintain and optimize equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency. Track material consumption and communicate with the procurement team toensure timely availability of raw materials. Prepare and maintain daily production reports, job cards, and status updates. Assist in testing, inspection, and installation of tanks/silos at client sites as needed. Liaise with the QC team to resolve any quality-related issues during or postproduction. Support new product development trials and provide technical feedback. Ensure all work complies with company standards, statutory regulations, and clientspecifications.4. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: B. Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 - 5 years in water storage, tanks/silos, fabrication industry or similar inrole. Certifications in Auto CAD & SOLID Works or hands on experience. Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and externalstakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding production updates andtechnical specifications. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, quality,procurement, and site execution to ensure smooth workflow and successful projectdelivery. Demonstrate excellent team collaboration by facilitating communication betweenshop floor workers, engineers, and management to align on production priorities. Encourage and maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line withcompany policy and legal requirements.
