This shall include design in line with Food Safety Guidelines, NationalBuilding Code (NBC) and State Bye-Laws while adhering to ITC Corporate EHS norms.o Prepare factory layout (zonal plan with equipment layout) for capacity expansion project.This shall include following Study, analyze and collect data for current processes. Establish relationship between factory layout and these processes using ValueStream Mapping (VSM) thereby eliminating Non Value Addition (NVA) processes.o Prepare technical specifications with sizing for process machineries required basis productto be manufactured. This shall include following Evaluate and induct new technology to optimize operating cost with emphasis onimproving manpower productivity. Design process machinery with focus on improving product quality to reduceproduct defects.
