Study Tender Terms & Conditions and provide Commercial comments in line

with company policy . Ensure compliance of guidelines with proper

Management approval.

 Review Project Financials and ensure accurate Revenue recognition and

appropriation of margin in line with item wise cost variance.

 Drive Lodgement and settlement of various claims viz statutory variation, price

escalation, over head etc.

 Provide accurate Forecast and Prepare various MIS reports, analyse the

same and submit early warning reports.

 Drive collection of old/sticky outstanding through customer interface.

 Close various issues raised by statutory auditors and provide adequate

support for timely finaliation of Accounts.

 Ensure that a robust Legal support is provided to Operation relating to recoveries and other issues.
