Support customer feedback analysis and internal process improvements. 4. Sales & Business Development Activities Assist the sales and BD teams in identifying new leads and business opportunities. Participate in outreach efforts including calls, emails, presentations, and client meetings. 5. Customer Relationship Management Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs. Support customer onboarding and after-sales follow-up.
