Youll learn the ropes of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems by doing the following:* On-the-Job Support: Assist lead techs with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial AC units.* Tool & Part Management: Ensure the service van is stocked and carry necessary tools and materials to the work site.* Site Preparation: Set up ladders, protective floor coverings, and equipment before work begins.* Cleanup: Maintain a professional workspace and ensure the customers property is spotless after the job is done.* Skill Building: Learn to identify AC components, use specialized gauges, and understand basic electrical wiring under supervision.RequirementsWe hire for attitude and train for skill.
