Continuously invest in self-development to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and training methodologies.Skills:- Proven experience in training delivery, particularly in the financial services industry or franchise management.- Strong understanding of Equity and training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with department heads, managers, and franchisees.- Experience in organizing and facilitating engagement activities and events.- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver focused training programs to address specific needs and challenges.- Commitment to ongoing self-development and learning to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
