This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, quality control, and safety procedures. Setting up and operating thread rolling machines (flat die or planetary) to produce screws according to specifications. Tooling Management :Selecting and installing appropriate tooling (rollers, dies) for each job, ensuring they are in good working condition. Performing routine maintenance on the machines and replacing worn dies or rollers as needed. Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
