A thread rolling machine operator in a screw manufacturing company is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining thread rolling machines to produce screws with precise threads.

This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, quality control, and safety procedures.

Setting up and operating thread rolling machines (flat die or planetary) to produce screws according to specifications.

Tooling Management :

Selecting and installing appropriate tooling (rollers, dies) for each job, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Performing routine maintenance on the machines and replacing worn dies or rollers as needed.

Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.

Collaborating with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines, including reporting any deviations or issues encountered.
