The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts.Key Responsibilities:- **Machine Setup**: Prepare CNC machines by installing and aligning tools, workpieces, and fixtures to ensure efficient operation and precise output.- **Operating CNC Machines**: Run CNC machines to fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards during the machining process.- **Quality Control**: Monitor the machining process and perform regular quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. Adjust settings as necessary to maintain quality.- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to prevent breakdowns and ensure continuous operation.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with supervisors and team members to discuss production schedules and any issues that may arise during the machining process.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed at least their 10th grade and must be male, as per company policy.
